We flipped the traditional recruitment journey, creating an immersive, gamified discovery experience that helps candidates understand themselves before choosing a role. Through a psychometric quiz, personalised career matching and an interactive career map powered by thousands of pieces of content, the platform connected individual strengths, motivations and interests to best-fit opportunities across the ADF. The result was a self-discovery experience designed to bridge the gap between curiosity and commitment.
